All guests must present a negative coronavirus test upon arrival at La Ventera. Rapid or, even better, PCR test. The test must not be more than 48 hours old.
Check-in is possible from 14:00.
Check-out must take place no later than 12:00.
Cancellation policy
Our rules for cancellation are as follows:
- If you cancel your stay at La Ventera more than 6 weeks before the first day of your booking, the full amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel your stay at La Ventera 3-6 weeks before the first day of your booking, half the amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel your stay at La Ventera less than 3 weeks before the first day of your booking, no refund will be given.
